Once payment is confirmed, Luxsmile will follow up the order.
The payment verification is from Monday to Friday at the following times:
- Payments made by credit card, Paypal, MB Way or Multibanco (reference) will be verified until 3:00 pm on the respective day and the expected date of delivery will be the next day;
- For payments made by ATM, the expected date of delivery of the order will be within 2 days after payment.
In this way payments received outside these hours will only be checked the next business day. These conditions do not apply to holidays and weekends.
Luxsmile is not responsible for delays in the delivery of orders for reasons beyond this.
