How can I search for a product?

To search for a product, please use the search box, located in the site header. Fill in the information you are looking for, and if it is found on the website, it will be included in a list of compatible results.

Can a company place an order on the website?

Yes, Luxsmile - Online Store for Oral Health Products also accepts orders from companies. To receive an invoice with the correct information for your company, please enter all the data requested when registering or completing the order.

What should I do to have the order sent to an address different from the one I entered in my customer account?

After adding the products to the cart, you will have the possibility to enter another address for delivery of the order.

I forgot the password. What should I do?

In this case, you must use the Recover password option, available on the Login page.

How can I modify my account details?

To modify your account data, you must log in and choose the Update account option, available in the My Account section.

Do I have to have an account to be able to purchase?

To place an order on this website you must create a user account. This can be created after adding the products to the cart.

Can I modify the order after finalizing it?

If you would like to modify your order, please contact us using the Contact Us form available on the website. Please also indicate your order ID which can be found in the Order status section.

Can I view the history of my orders?

You can view your order history in the Order Status section of your account.
